Results of today's tests are that base, CUED and tcl builds can be done
from the same sources and all build and work OK. (hooray!)

This revealed a few imperfections: pcmciautils missing from CUED/base
builds and the pcmcia balloon/pxa-specific modules has changed name.
Fixes checked in. With these the libertas wireless cards work from boot.

A couple of other build-bugs were revealed if trying to build with a
$(VARIANT) specified but no VARIANT-specific series file present. Also
fixed. I'll finish up the VHDL-building code tomorrow, check builds
work inside the balloon-base package and then that just leaves 8Gb
nand support in the kernel and some documentation updates to do before
calling it a 1.0 release.
