[Balloon] What happened to setup?

Building happens...

But I now have problems trying to load the fs off the USB stick because there
is no setup.

More or less following

What I've done:
make
make dist
utils/bbl --installer
utils/bbl --kernel

boot flash

login root/rootme

All good so far


setup

ooops not there

find / | grep setup shows nothing

Any hints?
