[Balloon] Balloon 2.06?

Since we've got a mailing list (Yay!), and since the files on V2.06
are still open (will be closed just before a new batch of boards is
wanted), anyone got any more requests for deltas from 2.05 to
2.06?

* GPIO27 seems to be used forboth Pinko_CTS and Audio_Off. 
Needs fixing
* USB EMC caps are removed. Replace?
* FPC connector for LCD / GPIO
* Shuffle USB, JTAG  & Serial conectors over to Pinko area
* RC network on LCD bias
* VNEG feedback - fix
* Output cap on LCD -ve rail
* Some way to drive USB disconnect circuit - PLD Pin C5
* INT2 from USB controller
* 3)      CF_ABSENT is pulled up by a respack that isn’t fitted on 
TCL balloons (RP25) similarly RP24 for the IRQ line. This makes it 
difficult to detect the absence of a CF card on the TCL build. 
* 4)      NSTSCHNG is on the wrong pin on your CF socket 
schematic part it should be Pin 46 (BVD1 ó BVD2). 
* 5) (IGNORE)     On the CODEC shorting Vin_L_1 and Vin_R_1 to 
GND is unfriendly, ZOhm and a TP or even better a skt would be 
nicer. 
* 6) (STORE CAPABILITY IN FLASH)     In general it would be nice if 
the kernel could detect what is there and what is not. E.g. no 
mother board, no bus buffers etc Thoughts?
* Mounting holes
* small caps on jtag tck pins
100N and 1uF on 1812 power chip
* Make sure NAND socket's the right flavour. 
* Separate 3.3V regulator for CF card
* Suck power in from DS USBs?
* Pullup on Balloon Unsuspend on pinko
* Pulldown on LCD Vneg generator for before CPLD is prog'd
* (NO) Touchscreen controller on back?
* GPIO26 Split power control from pcmcia and nand
* 100n on 1812 USB PSU
* CF pullups from 3V not 3V_CF (JUMPER SELECTABLE)
* OE on U13 to PLD not GND
* auxiliary Aud_in to codec to testpoints not ground
* lower profile / better RTC & EEPROM
* Tooling holes
* Alignment holes for jtag programming
