Mainstone is using Blob and some peculair Intel magic to load it, IIRC,
so it's probably not directly transferable to Loon 3.

The XJTAG script for the NOR flash chip has functions in it for writing
data into the chip from a file. I've never tested that functionality but
have no reason to suspect it of being broken.
